Fast, easy and reliable help at the press of one button

The BT9 emergency call button is a small, light wireless transmitter usable both as a neck pendant and as a wall unit. One press of the SOS button sends the alert signal to the receiver or announcer panel, and the caregiver, nurse or the senior family is immediately informed of the need for help — an ideal choice for the elderly and people with limited mobility.

Standout features

• Instant help request with a single touch
• Stable wireless link with the receiver
• Light, ergonomic design for daily use
• Neck wear with the included lanyard
• Wall mounting beside the bed or restroom, or carrying in a pocket
• LED indicator showing operation
• Resistant to water splash and perspiration, IP55 rated
• Low energy use with solid battery life
• Low-battery warning

Product applications

The wireless SOS button serves in many environments, including:

• Nursing homes
• Rehabilitation centers
• Clinics
• Homes
• Patient rooms
• Restrooms
• Senior care centers
• Facilities for people with disabilities

How it works

The elderly person simply presses the SOS button when needed; the wireless signal reaches the receiver in a fraction of a second and the audible and visual alarms (depending on receiver type) activate so the nurse or caregiver can act as fast as possible. The result: shorter reaction time in emergencies and greater safety for the senior.

Easy installation and setup

The BT9 button works without wiring and pairs easily with a compatible receiver; once paired it is ready to use, and if required several buttons can be linked to one receiver or several receivers to one button — scalability that makes it very practical for medical centers and nursing homes. The package includes the neck lanyard, holder base, double-sided tape and wall-mounting screws.
