The SOS WS-PRO elderly emergency alarm is a smart, practical receiver for the elderly emergency help system. Upon receiving signals from wireless SOS buttons (wrist, pendant, wall and handset types), it informs the caregiver, nurse or family members nearby – audibly and visually – of the help request, and also announces the alert by SMS and phone calls to the elderly person’s family.
This way, even if no one is at home, the elderly person’s help request will not go unanswered.

This device connects directly to a power outlet – no wiring or extra equipment needed – and is quickly up and running. Its modern design, readable light display and ability to manage several requests simultaneously make it an ideal choice for nursing homes, care centers, rehabilitation centers and even home use.

You can categorize zones 1 to 3 on the device for different spaces; for example, register the SOS buttons around the elderly person’s bed or room in zone 1, the pendant button in zone 2, and the wall SOS buttons in the restroom in zone 3.

If the elderly person presses the SOS button, the panel immediately sounds an audible alarm and displays the corresponding zone number so the caregiver can respond in the shortest possible time.

WS-PRO is equipped with a SIM card port; inserting a SIM card enables direct voice communication with the elderly person. Family members or caregivers can call the device’s SIM number at any time and, after entering the talk code (default 3), listen to the surroundings and speak with the elderly person if needed.

During an alarm, the device calls the designated numbers and, once connected, plays the alarm voice message; at this point you can also enter the talk code – the alarm is cancelled and you can speak with the elderly person.

This feature is especially useful when an alarm is triggered. The family can learn about the elderly person’s condition, speak with them and assess the environment before dispatching someone or calling emergency services. As a result, decisions are made more knowingly, faster, more accurately and with greater calm.
