The caller unit is where every emergency call in the hospital code announcement system begins. In a critical moment, staff press the matching key and the device reports the type and location of the situation within seconds to the hospital mobile response teams — resuscitation, fire, facilities, crisis and security — that often have no fixed station; the seconds saved in notification can be decisive in saving patients lives.

How the system works :

The pressed key sends the message over the network to the announcer devices located with each team; those units state the place and type of the request through their built-in speaker and connected transceiver, and delivery of every message is confirmed with a color-coded status.
