The secretary’s duty in doctors’ offices or company management rooms is to control visitor traffic and scheduling, while having little information about thestatus andconditions inside the room of thedoctor or manager.

With this system the doctor or manager can, from the desktop remote, call in the next visitor, set do-not-enter, or summon the secretary — easily cutting the wasted time between visitor arrivals to zero.

A device is also placed on the secretary’s desk so the secretary can guide visitors.
